When you book with No Problem Movers, your quote is calculated based on the moving requirements you disclose during the estimate process. This includes your inventory list, number of boxes, furniture, pickup and delivery locations, access conditions, and requested services. Once this information is confirmed, we provide a flat rate quote as your Price Guarantee.
This means that if your move matches the scope, inventory, and conditions originally disclosed, your quoted price remains the same.

- Pickup and delivery addresses
- Condo, apartment, or house access details
- Elevators, stairs, or long walking distances
- Packing, wrapping, assembly, or additional moving services
- Requested moving date and timing

To maintain the integrity of your Price Guarantee, customers must provide complete and accurate information when requesting a quote. No Problem Movers relies entirely on the inventory and service details provided by the customer to calculate labour, truck size, equipment, and scheduling requirements.
Failure to accurately disclose inventory or move conditions may result in a revised quote or invoice adjustment.
Conditions That May
Result in Price Adjustments
While our Price Guarantee protects customers from unnecessary pricing changes, it applies only to the originally agreed-upon scope of work. If the actual move differs materially from what was disclosed, No Problem Movers reserves the legal right to reassess and adjust pricing accordingly.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Customer states 20 boxes, but movers arrive to find 40 boxes
- Additional furniture or large items not included in the original quote
- Extra pickup or delivery stops
- Undisclosed stairs, elevators, or difficult building access
- Long carry distances or parking restrictions
- Last-minute packing or wrapping requests
- Oversized, overweight, or specialty items not previously disclosed
- Storage additions or service extensions
Revised Invoice /
Change Order Policy
If additional labour, time, equipment, truck space, or operational requirements are necessary due to changes in inventory or service conditions, No Problem Movers may issue a revised invoice or change order reflecting the updated scope of work.
All additional charges will be based on actual operational needs and applied in accordance with company terms and conditions.
Legal Reservation

By booking with No Problem Movers, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The Price Guarantee is conditional upon the accuracy of all customer-provided information
- Any undisclosed or misrepresented inventory or service conditions may void the original quote
- No Problem Movers reserves the right to revise pricing where material discrepancies exist
- Final charges are subject to actual move conditions and services rendered
- Refusal to disclose accurate details may impact service execution or pricing validity
