I booked my move with NPM as they were one of the movers we have a corporate discount with. The experience of booking the move itself was very positive as Kyle the salesperson was friendly and helpful. The move itself went relatively well too from a logistics/timing perspective. That being said, once the dust settled we immediately realized that our dinning room table was not fully wrapped in the truck and was left damaged in a few places. Nothing major, but I got in touch immediately and was told that they had a process to provide some kind of financial compensation (based on the weight/value of the item etc.) This is where everything went wrong. Despite MULTIPLE attempts to resolve the issue, I was simply ignored. It's been 3 weeks now and the issue is still unresolved. A really bad finish the an otherwise good moving experience. My frustration is not with the money (as the compensation would have been a tiny fraction of the moving cost) but rather with the lack of professionalism and after-sales support with a client.

This Company was amazing fast, careful, and highly professional. Taran & Rommone were fantastic movers that upheld the highest quality with professionalism throughout the day. They made sure to take their time, and had all furniture assembled carfully. Both Taran & Rommone are highly recommened for all your moving needs. They pulled a long day during the move, but were high spritied and caring throughout the day.

The movers (Taran & Rommone) where very efficient and friendly. Everything was packed nicely, and they took great care in moving items including large pieces of furniture, carefully in and out of premises. They were careful not to bring dirt or mud into the new home, especially since it had been raining ealier. Thanks guys.
